Do I need to have an account to buy something on

No account necessary. You may checkout as a guest. However, if you'd like to keep a record of your purchases, an account is handy.

How do I pay on your website?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

Do you keep credit card info?

To protect your information, we do not store credit card numbers in our system. That's why we charge your card as soon as you place your order.

What if I want to talk to a real person about my order?

Do you ever offer coupons or discounts?

To receive special customer coupons, sign up for our email updates.

Is sales tax applied to my order?

Yes, we charge sales tax based on the shipping destination.

What happens if I receive the wrong part?

If we sent you the wrong part, let us know and we'll make it right. However, if you ordered the wrong part, you will need to follow the details of our Return Policy.

Can I exchange a part?

Typically, yes. Check out our Return Policy for more information on exchanging parts.

What shipping options do you offer?

Can I cancel an order?

Orders can only be cancelled before they're processed. Please call us right away if you need to cancel an order. If your order has already processed, it will need to be returned through our normal process.

Can I track my package?

Of course! You'll receive tracking information when your order ships.

Does offer a warranty?

Under the Volvo Lifetime Parts & Labor Warranty, replacement parts are warrantied for two years from the purchase date.

Do replacement parts affect my warranty?

No, replacement parts do not affect your warranty, thanks to the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act.

Will you confirm a part will fit my vehicle?

Why would I buy OEM parts instead of aftermarket parts?

OEM parts are designed to be exact fit replacements for the parts on your vehicle and are covered by the Volvo warranty for 2 years.

How do I know if a part is for the driver’s side or the passenger’s side?

On the product page, you should see this information. Driver side parts are indicated with an L and passenger side parts are indicated with an R.
